they remind me of when i used to say “that’s so metal” to describe all things awesome
those rings are literally SO metal
and people can be like “metal… as in music?”
and i can be like “no, metal as in malleable electropositive elements that generally shine on the surface and conduct heat or electricity” duh

I think the best thing in the whole world is when ppl think you’re dumb because you’re fashionable, or stylish, or cute, and you prove to them that you’re actually way smarter than they think you are, and then they just stare back because you confused them…
